Data to Inform a Human Services Self-Service Social Needs Tool: Summary of Key Informant Interviews and Secondary Data Analysis

As part of the Integrated Services Business Model, DHS is developing a self-service portal and social needs tool that will provide information on available services that are relevant to users’ needs, cultural background, and location. To inform the development of the tool, DHS commissioned Wilder Research to gather primary data through key informant interviews, as well as secondary data from national, state, and local sources. This report describes the findings from data collection.
