Support for children, adults and families experiencing mental health conditions and for adults with substance use disorders and addiction concerns with outpatient services. Wilder is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic.

Childcare & Preschool
Early childhood education and care for children ages 16 months to five years.

Healthy Aging & Caregiving Services
Helping older adults and caregivers maintain their health, well-being and independence. We offer an Adult Day Health Program, Caregiver Services, Wellness Classes, Meals on Wheels and Customized Living Services.

Community Leadership Programs
Values-driven leadership development for emerging and experienced leaders through the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Collaborative, James P. Shannon Leadership Institute, Community Equity Program, Neighborhood Leadership Program, Latino Leadership Program, and Youth Leadership Initiative.

Twin Cities Mobile Market
A market on a bus that is affordable, convenient and brings fresh produce, meat and foods directly into neighborhoods that don’t have easy access to grocery stores.

Family Independence Initiative
A data-driven strategy that invests directly in the initiative and strength of low-income/low-wealth families.

Supportive Housing Services
Participants in Supportive Housing Services get help finding safe and affordable housing along with flexible and responsive services that help them address and overcome challenges.

Meeting Space Rental
Rent convenient, welcoming spaces for your nonprofit, agency or corporate event.
