School-Based Mental Health

Improving student well-being through therapy and support in school settings.

What We Offer

More About School-Based Mental Health

For Students
Bringing compassionate care directly to where students learn. Our providers help students manage stress, anxiety, and trauma so they can focus on academics and relationships. With consistent support, students build emotional resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills that strengthen their overall well-being and success.
For Families
When students receive mental health care at school, families gain a trusted partner in their child’s growth. Wilder’s providers work closely with caregivers to navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and build stronger communication at home. This support helps families feel more connected, confident, and empowered to support their child’s emotional health.

Our Programs

Wilder partners with schools across Saint Paul and the Twin Cities to provide school-based mental health and wellness services that are culturally centered, trauma informed and impactful for the whole family.
