At Wilder, families and individuals of all ages find compassionate support for mental health, wellness, and recovery. Clients come to Wilder looking for understanding, stability, and hope. You experience care that meets you where you are, honors your identity, and strengthens your connection to community.
Our providers bring deep experience working with many cultures and experiences, including Asian American, Black and African American, Latine, LGBTQIA2S+, and Native American communities. They are skillfully trained in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices and create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported.
There is no need to understand all the terms and every type of service to get started. Just give us a call or drop in. We are ready to help you explore the possibilities and find a positive path forward.
Clients aged 6 and above can drop into Wilder Center Clinic to get started without an appointment.

For children younger than 6, getting started is a little different. Please give us a call and we’ll talk through the next steps.
For individuals seeking comprehensive assessments for substance use, we provide same day assessments everyday.

Everyone deserves access to quality care. Medical Assistance (Medicaid), MinnesotaCare, Medicare, most private insurance plans, and self-pay are all accepted payment options. Wilder also offers sliding fees.
If you do not have insurance or are underinsured, we offer discounted fees based on household size and income. We want to assure you that no one will be denied access to our services due to inability to pay.

If you are already a Wilder client and have scheduled your appointment as a telehealth appointment with your Provider, click on the “Access Virtual Clinic” button below and enter your name in the screen. This will take you directly to the Wilder Front Desk and they will connect you with your Provider.

Mental health services can be scheduled with an advance appointment. Same-day appointments are accepted at our Wilder Center Clinic.
During drop-in hours at the Wilder Center Clinic, clients age 6+ can be seen without an appointment. Just come to the clinic for an immediate intake.
