Care for adults and children, including medication support, to promote positive emotional and mental well-being.

What We Offer

More About Outpatient Psychiatry

For Adults
We provide outpatient psychiatric care, including medication support, to help improve your health and well-being. After an assessment, our medical providers work with you to create a care plan based on your goals. Regular check-ins help build stability, increase confidence, and support ongoing mental health.
For Children & Adolescents
We provide assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents. This includes medication support and regular check-ins. Our psychiatric team listens carefully and works closely with children and their caregivers. We focus on building understanding, stability, and healthy growth.
Getting Started

What to Expect

Intake and Assessment
Your first step is a welcoming conversation where we learn about your needs, challenges, and hopes—so we can recommend the right support for you.
Meet Your Provider
Your Wilder service provider might be a therapist, or a peer, or a counselor, or another type of specialist. Regardless of the title, you will be matched with a compassionate professional whose background and expertise align with your needs – someone who understands and honors your story and lived experience.
Set Goals and Plan
Work with your provider to set goals that matter to you. Together, you’ll create a personalized care plan to guide you along your healing path.
Follow Up
We’ll check in regularly to track progress, adjust your care as needed, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way toward better mental health.
