Minnesota Department of Human Services Telehealth Study

In 2021 and 2022, Minnesota Department of Human Services and Wilder Research conducted a legislatively mandated study of telehealth utilization and perceptions among enrollees in Minnesota’s Medical Assistance (MA) program. The study involved surveys, interviews, and focus groups with MA enrollees and interviews with providers.
