Inspired by Dr. Ann Masten's research on resilience, Ordinary Magic is our annual celebration and fundraiser, highlighting the extraordinary impact of your support in helping us provide essential services to families in Greater Saint Paul. 

This year's event celebrated the 100th anniversary of our Community Mental Health and Wellness services and included a tour of our clinic. We also heard powerful stories from community members like Laverne.

A hard-working and motivated single mother, Laverne was staying at a shelter while she searched for affordable and secure housing. 

“The hardest thing for a parent is being homeless with your children and not knowing how you're going to feed them,” she shared with the room at Ordinary Magic.

After connecting with Wilder's Project Quest, a long-term supportive housing program designed to assist families experiencing homelessness, Laverne and her son had a place of their own in just two weeks. Her story underscores the critical impact of each and every gift to Wilder.
