In April 2012, Wilder Research held a forum that introduced the trends and gaps in access to high-quality early learning opportunities. Attendees heard from on-the-ground experts about four approaches to expand access for low-income children to early learning opportunities and the advantages and challenges of each. They then participated in table discussions to identify key needs and policy changes.
