Support Groups for Caregivers

Connect with caregivers for mutual support on your caregiving journey

Body

Wilder’s Caregiver Support Groups provides space for caregivers to feel less alone and receive mutual support from other caregivers. We meet online and/or at Wilder's Health Aging & Caregiving Services location in Saint Paul unless otherwise noted. Our Caregiver Support Groups are free to join and respite is available if you are looking for a long term care option for your care partner while you get a break.

Caregiver Support Groups

Memory Loss Discussion Group

Second Thursday, 10:00–11:30 a.m. | Caregiver support group for people caring for someone with dementia. In-person group.

Adult Children Caregiver Support Group

Third Wednesday, 6:00–7:30 p.m. | Caregiver support group for anyone caring for a parent, grandparent or other parental figure with any condition. Meets virtually—please connect with us for the link.

Caregiver Coffee Hour

First Friday, 9:00–10:30 a.m. | Have a cup of coffee and a treat while chatting with other caregivers. Caregivers are welcome to drop in anytime during the coffee hour. In-person group.
