Peb Ua Tau Fundraiser for Hmong Youth and Leaders at Wilder Foundation's Hlub Zoo School-Based Mental Health Service and Youth Leadership Initiative Community Leadership Program

Peb Ua Tau: Support Hmong Youth and Leaders at Wilder

With your support, Hmong youth and their families achieve great things and grow as leaders in partnership with Wilder! Through the leadership of Dr. MayKao Y. Hang, President and CEO, the Wilder Foundation serves thousands of Hmong children and families every year, and develops the capacity of many Hmong leaders.

What to expect at this evening of fundraising:
Dinner (6:00 p.m.) | Program (6:30 p.m.) | Special giving opportunity
Event is free. Sponsorship opportunities available.

Together we can join forces and invest in the Hmong community in MN. Funds raised at the event support two Wilder programs:

  • Youth Leadership Initiative is developing a new generation of strong, effective leaders. Youth Leadership Initiative creates an environment where youth strengthen self-awareness, develop cross-cultural leadership skills, put skills into action in community, and develop qualities they need for leadership. Learn more about YLI and Wilder's Community Leadership Programs:
  • Hlub Zoo is a school-based mental health program providing support for Hmong students to succeed in school and at home. Focused on elementary and middle school-age students and their families. Young people learn to embrace and celebrate their Hmong identity, work toward academic success and build healthy personal relationships. This is the only culturally-specific mental health program for Hmong students in the region. Learn more about Hlub Zoo and Wilder's School-Based Mental Health Services:
