MacPhail created the MacPhail Northside Youth Orchestra as a way for youth who had aged out of the Afterschool Intensive Strings program to continue playing their instrument in a collaborative setting. The 2020-21 program evaluation looked at student outcomes and student and parent satisfaction with the program.
