Presents evaluation results from the Summer 2019 program, including students’ improvement on literacy skills, knowledge about their culture, sharing experiences with family members, and building positive relationships with adults and peers in the program.
Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood partnered with the Hmong American Partnership and Saint Paul Public Schools to offer a summer learning program, called Hmong Karen Youth Pride. It offered literacy instruction and cultural activities to elementary school students.
