If you are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or need emergency assistance to stay in your home in Minnesota, call United Way at 2-1-1 or 651-291-0211 for eligibility and pre-screening.
Access to Wilder Supportive Housing Services is available only through the Ramsey County Coordinated Access to Housing and Shelter (CAHS) System. By calling 2-1-1, you will be connected to resources that are designed for your housing needs.
Financial assistance for individuals and families to stay in their homes or move into stable housing during times of crisis. Support includes help with rent, security deposits, and other urgent needs, along with personalized case management. Our services aim to prevent homelessness and promote long-term stability in our community.

Free housing placement services to help individuals and families with Section 8 vouchers find safe, stable homes. Through a partnership with St. Paul Public Housing, our team works with you to locate rental units, complete applications, and secure housing that meets your needs.

• Transportation assistance—Lyft rides for housing searches.
• Support for disabilities, including accessible meeting locations.
• Help with forms and paperwork, including reading applications aloud and assisting with written responses.
Wilder doesn’t just help you find housing—we also provide ongoing renter support services to help you stay housed.
Wilder provides supportive housing services to nearly 30% of eligible homeless families in Ramsey County. Both short- and long-term services are provided to families and individuals in a variety of locations in St. Paul and throughout the Metro.
Wilder’s Supportive Housing Services meet families and young adults wherever they are in their lives. Wilder’s housing-first approach moves individuals and families into stable housing as quickly as possible. Partnering with counties, agencies, and landlords in the Twin Cities metro; our goals are to help families find certainty, increase income, and address other factors that led to homelessness in the first place.
