You belong at the table alongside leadership.
The IMPACT Family Advisory Group brings together community members, Wilder staff, and organizational leaders to learn from one another, build relationships, and help shape decisions that affect families and communities.
What is IMPACT
A partnership, not a panel.
A partnership, not a panel.
Families, community members, staff, and leaders all bring valuable experiences and perspectives that can help create stronger programs, services, and communities. The IMPACT Family Advisory Group is an opportunity to bring those experiences together in partnership.
This is more than a place to provide feedback. It’s a space to explore ideas, identify opportunities, and work together toward change that lasts.
As a member

why this matters
More voices create impact.
More voices create impact.
Stronger decisions emerge when people with different experiences, perspectives, and forms of expertise come together. When community wisdom, lived experience, and organizational knowledge are brought into conversation with one another, better ideas emerge, stronger relationships are built, and lasting change becomes possible.
