Wilder Research worked with facilitators to implement Ripple Effects Mapping (REM) discussions to better understand the impact of the Racial Equity Action and Support Network.
REASN is a network of racial equity champions working in settings such as government agencies, education, health care, or as freelance consultants. REASN was developed as a place for those working for racial equity to come together to examine the root causes of racial disparities, create and practice tools and strategies for their work, and provide support for each other.
