Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) implemented bridge training programs at seven national sites. The goal of the Occupational Skills Initiative is to connect participants to job training that leads to jobs with living wages and career growth opportunities. Wilder Research conducted a process evaluation of the implementation of the model.
