Starting in 2009, the Greater Twin Cities United Way funded 14 parenting education programs to serve low-income and/or culturally diverse parents and their families in order to increase the number of children who are ready to enter kindergarten. This report documents program implementation and participation and provides participant-level outcomes for the three years of the Parenting Education Initiative.
