Saint Paul Promise Advocates Cohort; A Brighter Future: Cohort 4 Learning and Outcomes

This report presents results of the fourth cohort of the St. Paul Promise Neighborhood Promise Advocates Cohort. The PAC is an opportunity for participants to learn and work alongside fellow parents, caregivers, and neighbors to ignite inherent political power, invest in their capacity as self-advocates, and act on opportunities to create real change grounded in lived experiences.

Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood

The Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood is an education partnership that puts children in the Frogtown, Rondo, and Summit-University neighborhoods of Saint Paul on the pathway to college and career success. Housed at Wilder, Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood (SPPN) takes a proactive and preventive approach to the education opportunity gap by focusing early in a child’s life.
