The Minnesota Kinship Navigator Project addresses the needs of relative caregivers to support successful caregiving outside the formal child welfare system. Services include: information and referral, support groups, general advocacy and public awareness, and training and education for caregivers and professionals. The evaluation report presents the project’s major activities and accomplishments, participants served, and services provided.
