Through advocacy, organizing, and public leadership, CEP alumni are reshaping systems to reflect the communities they represent.

Since 2015, more than 100 leaders have completed Wilder’s Community Equity Program, bringing powerful stories, lived experiences, and authentic leadership to the Capitol.
