Savannah Mans-Vail (She/Her) is passionate about housing advocacy, renters’ rights, and systems built to support the people they serve. Throughout her career, Savannah has supported individuals and families experiencing housing instability while navigating complex systems and resources. As the Healthy Housing Coordinator with the City of West St. Paul through HOME Line’s VISTA cohort, she partnered with residents, city staff, and community organizations to improve renter resources and strengthen connections between local government and the community. She later served as the VISTA Leader for HOME Line’s AmeriCorps VISTA Cohort, mentoring fellow VISTAs and building capacity through training, resources, and leadership support.
Savannah is participating in the Community Equity Program to deepen her understanding of the legislative system, learn from other changemakers, and explore new approaches to building more equitable, responsive communities. She is driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a belief that meaningful change starts with listening to the people most impacted.
