Anna is a collaborative researcher and strategic thinking partner who helps service providers collect and use data and stories to realize their mission. She believes that when organizations have the right information they can understand their strengths and maximize their impact. Anna joined Wilder in 2015.
As a skilled and experienced facilitator, Anna creates spaces where diverse voices can be heard and collaborative solutions can take root. In her time at Wilder, Anna has enjoyed working across a variety of topic areas. Most recently, Anna has led comprehensive strategic planning processes with K-12 education, higher education, libraries, and state and city government. She has led a significant body of research and evaluation with libraries and library supporting organizations and of innovative workforce development initiatives. She is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methods and finds working with clients to translate data to action incredibly fulfilling.
Anna holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and a bachelor’s degree in sociology and gender studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Anna volunteers through her church and previously served on the board of Sewa-Aifw. In this busy season of life, Anna spends most of her free time with her husband and two young boys, Basil and Ulysses, and cherishes any chance she gets to read a good book, enjoy a meal with loved ones, or escape to a cabin in the woods.
