Anna Hover (She/Her) is a multimedia producer, community storyteller, and advocate for the disability community. She is passionate about inclusivity, environmental justice, equity, reducing disparities, and the accountability of law enforcement and elected officials. Having spent most of her life in Mississippi and Minnesota, Anna now proudly calls St. Paul home.
Anna is the founder and creative force behind Magnolia Mouths Media. She and the organization are currently in a research and development phase, exploring which series, podcast, or documentary to produce next. In the meantime, Anna is sharpening her filmmaking skills through documentary programs at the St. Paul Neighborhood Network (SPNN).
Anna applied to the Community Equity Program because she believes those most affected by inequity should help shape the policies that address it. Through storytelling, advocacy, and civic leadership, she hopes to create meaningful, lasting change that extends beyond the screen.
