The Tower Foundation seeks to better understand and invest in populations that experience intellectual and learning disabilities and mental health and substance abuse issues.
Every two years, the Tower Foundation works with Wilder Research to send a survey out to the communities from Erie and Niagara counties to share their attitudes and experiences related to intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health, and substance use. This report presents results from the Fall 2023 survey.
