This is an evaluation of a training program for HCBS providers and AAA staff regarding end of life issues and hospice care.
In collaboration with others, the Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care designed presentation materials and training modules that cover information related to palliative care, hospice, advance care planning, veterans’ benefits, and Providers Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment. Wilder Research completed a two-year evaluation of the project to learn about the effectiveness of the training.
