Project Reports

2022

The Department of Indian Work wanted to learn about developing effective messaging and strategies to increase vaccination rates among the urban Native American community. Recommendations were developed through interviews with experts in the field and unvaccinated individuals, and a scan for what other organizations have done.

2021

Department of Indian Work–Interfaith Action and partners coordinate the American Indian COVID-19 hotline. Wilder Research gathered information about what American Indians in the Twin Cities are looking for from a hotline and why it is beneficial.

2021

The Department of Indian Work–Interfaith Action partnered with Wilder Research to conduct program development research centered on developing an Integrated Services Delivery Network (ISDN) for the American Indian community in the Twin Cities. An ISDN is a collective impact approach to helping families living on low income achieve their goals through the seamless coordination of supports from multiple human services organizations. To provide useful insights for the purposes of developing the ISDN, Wilder conducted a literature review about decolonizing human services and conducted a focus group with American Indian people living in the Twin Cities about the kind of support that would be most beneficial to them.
