Six System of Care grantees were funded to implement Collaborative Intensive Bridging Services (CIBS) for youth at risk of out-of-home placement. This progress summary shares aggregate data on youth and families receiving CIBS services midway through the grant, as well as lessons learned from grantee partners implementing CIBS.

Project Name

The vision for the Minnesota System of Care for Children’s Mental Health is to create a coordinated network of effective, community-based supports and services designed to meet the needs of children, youth, and young adults with serious mental health challenges, and their parents and caregivers. This initiative exists to create better outcomes for children and youth in Minnesota and their families by bringing together the work of many partners across the state. The evaluation includes process and outcome evaluations.
