SAPAS provides integrated health services, social services, community activities, education, and advocacy for the St. Anthony Park neighborhood of St. Paul, Lauderdale, and Falcon Heights. Together, SAPAS and Wilder Research conducted focus groups, a community forum, and a literature scan designed to inform future planning and services.
