This report discusses and reviews the literature regarding: the shortage of mental health and autism treatment providers, job burnout, strategies to improve the workplace environment to retain providers, and strategies to recruit and train new providers.

Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention

Wilder Research worked with the Minnesota Department of Human Services Disability Services Division to provide evaluation and research for Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services. The benefit provides treatment for people age 21 and younger with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions.
