Learn about caring for your mind and body as you age at the monthly Bridge to Wellness: Aging & Mental Health Support Group 

Once a month on 4th Wednesday | 10 – 11:30 a.m. 
This is a free group and no insurance needed. Interpreters may be available. Join the group at any time. Attend one or all group meetings — it’s up to you!

This Aging & Mental Health Support Group is for adults ages 60+ who may be:

  • Experiencing sadness, loneliness, depression or anxiety
  • Coping with loss and grief
  • Managing chronic health conditions like diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure or cholesterol
  • Thinking about trying mental health services like therapy

Schedule: New aging and mental health topics every month; you can join at any time. You'll receive information and materials that cover all months.

Location: Online – join by phone or any device with internet or Wi-Fi. Once registered, you will receive more information on how to join. Your health and safety is important to us during this pandemic. This support group will meet online for now and may transition to a hybrid, in-person + online, model in the spring or summer. 

Good to know: Free. No insurance needed. Interpreters may be available. Attend one group or attend them all — it’s up to you. Registration is required by phone (651-280-CARE (2273)), email (healthyaging@wilder.org) or sign up online by clicking this link.
