Jennifer Clelland is Vice President of Government Programs at HealthPartners. Jennifer has close to thirty-five years of experience in health care including broad Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace experience, product strategy and sales solutions. Jennifer has a master’s degree in political science from the University of Minnesota, and resides on the east side of Saint Paul.
Jennifer is a past volunteer with Project Home/Family Place day shelter, has served on the TeenWise Board, and served as a St. Paul YWCA program “big sister.”
