Program Costs and Payment Options

How much does it cost to enroll at the Wilder Child Development Center?

Tuition at Wilder’s Child Development Center is a flat weekly rate that includes more than just childcare. It covers fresh, healthy meals prepared on-site each day, fun and educational community field trips, and family support services such as parent education classes.

We offer full-time care, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

*Please note that we do not currently offer half-day or part-time options. Families who choose to pay tuition out of pocket are required to make weekly payments. We accept cash, check, credit card, and debit card as payment methods.

Tuition Costs

Ages 16 – 32 months: $555/week

Ages 33 months – 5 years: $479/week

Financial Aid

Childcare Assistance

We understand that it is not always easy to afford child care. Families have flexibility in how to pay for child care. Some options include Minnesota’s state and county child care assistance programs and early learning scholarships. Payments can be made at the center or online.

Child Care Assistance Program
  • Open to all eligible families.
  • You may have a copay based on your family’s size and gross annual income.
  • You may be put on a waiting list.
  • Administered by Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Minnesota Early Learning Scholarships
  • Open to all eligible families in Minnesota.
  • Can help you pay for high-quality child care and early education to support your child's educational journey.
  • Covers a full year of tuition at Wilder Child Development Center.
  • Administered by the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families.
