Customized Living Services

Compassionate, personalized support that helps adults live with dignity, independence, and connection in a safe, welcoming community.

What We Offer

Customized Living Services include

  • Access to nutritious, well-balanced meals
  • Help with housekeeping and laundry
  • 24 hour emergency response and assistance from on-site staff
  • 24 hour on-call nursing and staff supervision
  • Health and support needs assessed reguarly by a nurse and social worker
  • Ongoing coordination of care by a nurse and program coordinator
  • Support with daily needs like bathing, grooming, medications, and connecting to social services
