For Individuals
Learn to manage your mental health symptoms and build everyday skills that support independent living. Through personalized sessions, strengthen your interpersonal communication, gain knowledge about community resources, create a plan to manage your household and finances, and develop employment-related skills.
For Groups
Learn and practice skills such as employment-related skill-building, managing mental health symptoms, household management and staying accountable with personal goals, and enhancing interpersonal and social skills through adult group options offered in addition to individual sessions.
