Sebastiana Cervantes

Sebastiana Cervantes (She/Her) is a public service professional with more than 11 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing community-centered programs that advance health equity, workforce development, and civic engagement. Throughout her career with the City of Minneapolis, she has built strong partnerships across government, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to create programs that improve outcomes for residents and strengthen community connections.  

Sebastiana brings expertise in program development and management, project coordination, community engagement, strategic partnerships, training and facilitation, grant administration, and cross-departmental collaboration. Her work is grounded in a commitment to equity, relationship-building, and creating meaningful opportunities for residents to connect with services and resources.
