Jacqueline is passionate about using data and storytelling to increase understanding of communities and people. Jacqueline joined Wilder in 2023.
Her core interest areas include housing, behavioral health, and arts and culture. She is also passionate about data as a tool to advance bold policy that materially impacts and uplifts communities. Jacqueline currently works on the Minnesota Homeless Study and has collaborated with numerous state and county agencies to evaluate their services and programs. She has also worked on a variety of evaluation projects with community-based coalitions and nonprofits. Jacqueline has extensive experience with qualitative data collection, including focus groups, interviews, community conversations, and engagement activities at community events.
Jacqueline holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science and a minor in public health from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
Outside of Wilder, Jacqueline enjoys community organizing, attending local theater and live music shows, and spending quality time with her cat nephew, Taco.
