What We Offer

Customized Living Services include

Nutritious, well-balanced meals
Help with housekeeping and laundry
24 hour emergency response and assistance from on-site staff
24 hour on-call nursing and staff supervision
Health and support needs assessed reguarly by a nurse and social worker
Ongoing coordination of care by a nurse and program coordinator
Support with daily needs like bathing, grooming, medications, and connecting to social services
