Skill-building support to help manage emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

What We Offer

More About Children’s Therapeutic and Support Services

For Children
Personalized mental health care for children and adolescents up to age 21 already enrolled. When emotional disturbance or mental illness impacts daily life, our licensed clinicians deliver psychotherapy and skills training—at home, school, or clinic—to restore age-appropriate functioning and build lasting coping skills.
For Families
If your child’s mental health symptoms are affecting home, school, or relationships, we provide intensive, short-term support such as caregiver sessions, in-home or school-based services, skills training, and care coordination. Our goal is to support stability and transition your family to ongoing outpatient care when ready.
Getting Started

What to Expect

Intake and Assessment
Your first step is a welcoming conversation where we learn about your needs, challenges, and hopes—so we can recommend the right support for you.
Meet Your Provider
Your Wilder service provider might be a therapist, or a peer, or a counselor, or another type of specialist. Regardless of the title, you will be matched with a compassionate professional whose background and expertise align with your needs – someone who understands and honors your story and lived experience.
Set Goals and Plan
Work with your therapist to set goals that matter to you. Together, you’ll create a personalized care plan to guide your healing journey.
Follow Up
We’ll check in regularly to track progress, adjust your care as needed, and ensure you feel supported every step of the way toward better mental health.
