This is an evaluation of United Way of Steele County Career Center Initiative program. The evaluation focuses on who is accessing the Career Center Initiative, how the collaboration that runs the Career Center Initiative is operating and how it could be improved, and to what extent student participation in the Career Center Initiative affects students’interest and motivation to pursue highlighted career fields.
