The Learning Communities for Institutional Change & Excellence (LCICE) unit formally launched in 2012 within the Division of Diversity, Equity and Educational Achievement at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. LCICE offered dialogue- and cohort-based professional learning and development opportunities that engaged participants in equity topics, with the ultimate goal of creating a better campus climate for all community members.
