This summary highlights fiscal year 2018 evaluation findings from site-based permanent supportive housing programs in which Wilder partners with specific developers. The six programs include: Jackson Street Village, Jamestown Homes, Minnesota Place Apartments, St. Alban’s Park, St. Philip’s Gardens, and Western U Plaza.
