People Incorporated’s Project Recovery program is a case management program for adults experiencing homelessness and chemical dependency issues. Project Recovery provides a drop-in center located near downtown Saint Paul where staff provide flexible support services to meet participants’ needs and work with participants on primary goals related to issues such as housing, safety, stability, and recovery.
