This report highlights the results of the 2017 evaluation, which focused on evaluating the system of gender-specific programs in Hennepin County through collecting information about participants’ outcomes. The programs included in the 2017 evaluation are Girls Circle H.E.A.R.T., Hold Your Horses, and POWER.

DOCCR staff determined a need to collect information from programs that serve justice-involved youth with mental health needs. Reports look at how DOCCR programs can better capture information about the mental health needs of their clients in a manner that is culturally aware and present gender-specific outcomes.
