Project Homeless Connect is a one-day event centralizing a wide variety of services for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Events have occurred in Ramsey, Hennepin, and St. Louis Counties and eight counties in greater Minnesota. The reports present service and demographic data entered into Minnesota’s Homeless Management Information System that was gathered from guests attending the event.
