The mission of the Hennepin County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative (HCCMHC) is to improve access to and resources for high-quality, culturally and economically supportive mental health services for infants, children, youth and families within Hennepin County through working partnerships with family service collaboratives, county and state government, adult mental health systems, parents, schools, and health systems.
