The Fostering Futures approach was developed to focuses on the implementation of trauma-informed (TI) principles into the work of child- and family-serving systems of county and state governments in Wisconsin. FF’s theory of change suggests that this will result in improved health and well-being of Wisconsin’s children and families.
Fostering Futures is a statewide initiative in Wisconsin aimed at integrating trauma-informed principles into county-based child welfare agencies and state agencies. The evaluation aimed to capture how teams implemented the initiative and its impact on trauma-informed care systems change.
