Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundations worked with Wilder Research to conduct a survey of residents in Dakota, Ramsey, and Washington Counties. The study is conducted every two years to learn more about East Metro residents’ backgrounds, experiences, opinions, and needs in the areas of community connectedness, economic opportunity and security, education, health, housing, transportation, and racial narratives in the news media.
