As part of the Integrated Services Business Model, DHS is developing a self-service portal and social needs tool that will provide information on available services that are relevant to users’ needs, cultural background, and location. To inform the development of the tool, DHS commissioned Wilder Research to gather primary data through key informant interviews, as well as secondary data from national, state, and local sources. This report describes the findings from data collection.

Project Name

In 2018, the Minnesota Department of Human Services adopted a new model of service delivery with the goal of providing all Minnesotans with access to an integrated, accessible, and person-centered human services system.
