This achievement affirms Wilder’s commitment to engaging volunteers in strategic, meaningful ways that expand the organization’s impact across programs and services. Wilder first began working toward recertification in 2023, making this recognition a significant milestone for staff, volunteers, and community partners alike.

Service Enterprise, led nationally by the Association of Leaders in Volunteer Engagement (AL!VE) in partnership with Points of Light, is a comprehensive program that helps nonprofits enhance the way they engage volunteers. Service Enterprise certified organizations note increased adaptability, sustainability, and effectiveness with their volunteer efforts
