Sheri is certain she can make Minnesota Compass your new best friend. As Community Engagement Coordinator, she loves to introduce people to the Compass website and the treasure trove of free, accessible data, analysis, and resources it has to offer its users. A longtime nonprofit communications professional, Sheri uses her expertise to promote Compass and maintain its content. Sheri joined Wilder in 2019.
Sheri has a bachelor’s degree in communications and French from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She was a 2023 Kingston Award recipient from Wilder and used her award to attend the FutureGood Studio, an equity-centered futurism training program for professionals in the social sector/nonprofit/philanthropy space.
Sheri’s rallying cry is “friendship!” She believes in the power of community and close connections, and is always up for playing games or a gentle adventure.
